My career has taken me through leadership roles at EY, KPMG, Kearney and Accenture, working across sectors to simplify complexity and unlock meaningful change. Today, my focus is on AI-driven transformation and what it really means for organisations, culture and leadership.
I co-founded the QI Institute and Qi Ventures, helping organisations reimagine how they operate and evolve in an AI-shaped world.
Alongside this, I’m a keynote speaker, board facilitator and lecturer at leading UK business schools including Oxford, Cambridge Henley, Ashridge, Cranfield and London Business School.
I’ve written five books on leadership and transformation, but I’m most energised by working with leaders ready to rethink the future and build what comes next.
