Amy comes from a management consulting background, where she focused on strategic thinking, problem-solving and streamlined implementation. During this time she gained experience in project management, change management, business analysis and account management, all of which has been integrated to provide a comprehensive focus in business. Over and above this, Amy played a key role in strategic endeavours to enable growth, this includes strategy design along with implementation approaches. She has been involved in several Intelligent Automation and Robotics initiatives, and this has given her the opportunity to explore innovative solutions to everyday problems, integrating these with key aspects of business.
Amy’s key innovation experience includes customer discovery, transforming and streamlining of departments and processes in large organisations, future trends research and consolidation, and project management in the implementation of advanced technology systems.
